take scissors and cut carefully

take scotch tape and tape the picture to your monitor where the avatar should go...

either that or grab the teenage kid next door and ask them to help.....but be careful...i had mine help me with the new digital/sat/dvr TV system in the house and now his TV is set as the primary TV in the house....he gets all the good stuff and i get to watch teletubbies....thats ok, teletubbies are pretty good once you get into the story...
