to me, it seems very simple....you can either wipe your butt...or not wipe your butt.....but, as is all things venezuelan...the government must study the problem and conclude that there is not a shortage of toilet paper...never mind that there is no TP on the store shelves....maybe there is something wrong in the supply chain somewhere...better form an organization and hire a couple ministers to solve this problem....i'll take the job! all hail the grand minister of hygenic devices

The Institution will continue with the control days to preserve the right of all the Venezuelans to have access to products of first necessity

With the purpose of to verify the normal production of hygienic paper in the Company Venezuelan Papeles C.A (Paveca), located in the industrial zone the Tiger, Carabobo state, civil servants and civil servants of the Institute for the Defense of the People in the Access to the Goods and services (Indepabis) they realised a visit to the enterprise enclosure.

The regional coordinator of the state Carabobo, Carlos Guide, indicated that this type of inspection day mainly looks for to preserve the right of all the Venezuelans to the access of products of first necessity; as well as to supervise the production of the hygienic paper.

Guide denied the arguments of some industralists whom they affirm that there is product shortage of supplies, consequently look for to generate misfortune in the population since a process of popular consultation approaches.

After the inspection, the coordinator informed, whom he stated that there is sufficient production of hygienic paper to supply great part of the national demand and that therefore the product in the shelves of the supermarkets does not have to be absent.

“We have received several complaints of users and users on the lack of hygienic paper in the supplies and supermarkets, for that reason we are in the street verifying if there is some fault in the productive chain”, he honored the coordinator of the region.

It affirmed that the Paveca company, supplies between a 40 and 45 percent of the national market.

On the other hand the Manager of Production and Manufacture of the company, Jose Castell, indicated that the demand of the product has increased considerably the last years and that is product of the increase of the spending power of the Venezuelans reason why it emphasized that the company is in the heat of disposition to be raising the production to satisfy the demand that the market requires.
