PS, Lately I've been making my grilled cheese in my old fashioned waffle maker, ......More crispy surfaces. Just make sure it's hot, otherwise youll have cheese leaking out before its nice and golden brown, Actually, a little crisped cheese is kinda nice.Try opening it up after it is done, and adding slices of tomatoe.
