H.C does not require a legal way to explain to KRY that the terms of the original contract do not co-inside with the new Mining Law which is about to set out the conditions under which all mining projects are only to be 50/50 joint partnership agreements.

If KRY voluntarily agree to these changes to conform to the new Mining Law there will be no further ramifications to the issuance of a 50/50 joint partnership contract with KRY. Therefor all party's are in complience of the new Law.
