Sorry but I used to believe that KRY would eventually get the permit, but not anymore. After looking at the original contract signed back in 2004 timeframe, I realized a 4% royalty was a joke and I don't blame Chavez for not wanting that deal.

Nothing worthwhile comes from the yahoo board.

Besides the 4% royalty payment, the contract calls for 40% of net income plus we fund all those projects.

When all is said and done our contract is in the ballpark of a 50/50 relationship.
