If you could contact Citi, Goldman, Lehman, and oh yeah Merrill on that last 8 billion or so and let them know that we can take all that paper off their books later this week. Once the transfer is complete I'll call up Paulson and start working on a bail out for us, something cheap and simple like a trade of our paper for a few million acres of federal forests that have the potential for oil and gas -- we are so ready!

Amazing but true -- we are in that no man's land: the poor (lazy stupid bastards that don't want to work) and those wealthy enough for a federal bail out. We fall in between the cracks and must rectify that problem.
