guys from what i've read zulia, caraboba and one or two other states (bordering columbia) are getting pretty uppity....zulia seems to have a real succession movement growing....the folks in bolivar have been upset for some time.....i hate to say it but the possibility exists that we may end up waiting for the next revolution......until we see riots in caracas though, it's probably pre-mature....
