CVG protocolizada and reviews cases of civil associations

"The minister Mibam and president of CVG, said Rodolfo Sanz be more than willing to offer a response to the association. The Minister of Basic Industries and Mining and president of the Corporación Venezolana de Guayana, Rodolfo Sanz, held a meeting with representatives of 242 civic associations registered under the convention in Caroní Municipality, with the primary intention of reviewing the status of such organizations in reference to the purchase of land to CVG, documents and protocols for Urbana.
The theater Orinoco CVG Venalum was the scene so that the holder of the Corporation hear proposals and approaches offered by each of the representatives of civic associations registered in the municipality Caroní, which are located in the parishes of the Sun Vista, University , Unare, Simón Bolívar and April 11.
In this regard, Rodolfo Sanz, president of CVG, briefed attendees about the need for the realization of homes in Bolivar state noting that "we are committed to the president of the Republic, Hugo Chávez, who has given priority to resolve the problem of housing, which is a complex situation that many civic associations have registered in the municipality Caroní. "
In addition, the highest representative of the Corporation indicated that one of the first steps will be a thorough review of all cases in order to provide a timely, effective and rapid thereby allowing largely overcome the crisis housing in the state of Bolivar .
"I have a strong commitment to all representatives of 242 civic associations, as well as the best dispocisión to resolve the issues raised and thus do justice to those families who are waiting long for a housing solution," stated Rodolfo Sanz.
The civil organizations attending this activity are located in Development Unit 129, 136, 140, 246, 290, 292, 297, 309, 330, 327, 328, 329 and 339, which mostly expect the Corporation crystallize the sale of land with their respective protocols, while others are waiting for the opening and closing of Urban paralyzed.
In all these situations Rodolfo Sanz showed his full commitment to resolve each of the issues raised by urging those involved to be patient while authorities conducted CVG appropriate revisions to provide clear answers to all families that make up these civic associations .
In conclusion, the minister Mibam and holder of CVG, Rodolfo Sanz, along with his team, made it clear that "we hope to allocate resources for the continuation of urban paralyzed, documents that we have to establish protocols we are going to do and associations already acquired the land, but they need support for projects, they are going to offer any assistance necessary "
Special Commission
During the meeting, the Minister Rodolfo Sanz appointed a special commission which will be responsible for reviewing each case of civic associations, in reference to the sale of land, protocols, urban and housing construction.
The commission will be formed by the manager of Real Estate, Giovanni Garcia, Legal Consultant, Diana Chocrón, Chief Financial Officer, Lina Marcano, the General Manager of Planning and Management Control, Miguel Alvarez Cadiz and the manager of Community Development, Zuleika Millán.
