I don't know what the reporting/disclosure time frames are, but I doubt it will be less than 30 days and by then this will be resolved one way or another.

A bigger issue is all of the unregulated hedge funds and program traders who have been pounding KRY and other Juniors. They don't have to disclose anything so you may never know who has been driving this distribution.

My bet is it is a lot of trader types who may have played the Friday before our pop or that morning. They will have posted some big gains and do not care about permits or buyouts or even gold.
