Well, without a permit the MOA is pretty much worth whatever the Vens will give. It totally sucks, but the Vens are in control of all of this. On a buyout, it would be a negotiation to a certain point.

Once the lawyers get involved, there is no buyout, just a bunch of quibbling that will go on for years.

I'm thinking that my buddy Chavez will make an announcement on AP310 and it will be favorable for KRY. First on Algoracom ;-)
