what if ven is working out a way with kry/others in calleo to "reorganize" the dried up mines in the region to give them to the illegal miners? then issue the go ahead on a number of major new projects in other areas....i know it's a little far fetched but it would make sense...it solves the illegal miner issue, solves the legitimate labor issue, solves many issues.....the only downside is that the reorganization news would probably come first....if someone knew this it could explain the short interest and PPS action recently......
