the labor is'nt as cheap as it used to be in places like ven...those miners are looking for $45day (min wage in the US is what $50)...the real kicker is the benefits...miners in ven already have pensions sick leave maternity leave etc.....oh yeah baby, let the third world have some labor issues for awhile...not sure what they pay in china now but i'm guessing it's not a bowl of rice like it used to be.....
