Since there is no news, either new or rehashed, it seems unusual that we are up so much. But, it is good and I will take it.

Could this be a precursor to the permit, maybe a leak of inside info?

Or, maybe a delayed reaction to yesterdays sharp overall market increase and folks think of a spec as being Ok?
