gw, not to be wishy washy but a lot will depend on the PPS at the time.....as it is right now......permit day, spike to the $8-$9 range, settle around $8....then the real fun starts....with buyout/production etc it's possible to be $12 within 3 months, more at 1yr.....imo

if the PPS will go back to the $3-$4 range a permit could drive it to $12
