I agree with JC and Ian or I would be out of the stock. All indications are that LC is an acceptable project, but like some other projects is being held up for some particular reason. I'm convinced that the reason is the comprehensive mining law reform, which will be done when they get it done.

VZ has been very aggressive to stop all unapproved mining with their military actions, including blowing up some stuff in the river border with Guyana (the country).
