i think ben will come out dressed in drag...say "f'it we're dropping rates to 0!".......the market and all known currencies will be instantly worthless and by next tuesday mankind will be in a "quest for fire".... either that or a 1/4pt...if its a 1/2pt we may see some green in the market (like +50).....
