CJR...I don't remember exactly.  I think I clicked on "Upload Photo" under "HUB Controls" on the left of the screen and then clicked on "Browse" when the new window appeared.  This automatically put me into my computer documents and picture file folders.  I randomly clicked on a picture of the family cat and it appeared.  I recently got rid of my old Windows Millenium boat anchor and am running Vista now.    Dunno if your computer is configured similarly but I hope this helps.
