Message: So Difficult to Separate the Wheat from the Chaff

I don't see much difference between first round bidding and second round bidding ($7.3B). GRZ plummeted by almost $2 when Pincus selected Elliott as his preferred  choice. They now are looking at the topping up phase (so, it is not settled) and the GRZ stock jumped back up by $2. We are in the serious auction back and forth now.  If GRZ doesn't win, the stock is worth about $2/s or less. If the final number is $9B GRZ has a chance to getting paid. RML is steady because the auction itself has no effect on them. They get paid either way because they are in the top 6th, GRZ is 7th because of their procrastination in filing way back and getting any money is doubtful. More to the story but I'm trying to make this a short summary. Expect more delays.
