You have laid it out better than I ever could.

A lot can happen in the short term that may delay us going after Fung and Tenor for our rightful share but in the end as Stark has stated every day delayed is an affront to the judiciary.

This is like the end of a basketball or football game. 2 minutes on the clock and it takes 20 minutes to play.
