I forgot one important point regarding why KRY will get paid before anyone else. We should never forget Judge Stark's and the Third Circuit's conclusion regarding the why KRY must be paid: "Every day that goes by without KRY being paid is an afront to the judiciary."

This case went all the way to the Supreme court and was confirmed as a valid judgement. Not bringing it to a close sooner than later is something that tarnishes the judicial system and, specially, Judge Stark.
