This the only way to look at this ..Its certainly not an auction... Why even have that extensive months long vetting process... Then the " auction " ended , but like everything else about this , it didtn end . It is my impression that Tenor and Fung are still collection big checks . does anybody here know for sure I know their motivation is to help "us " get more settlement ...but even that is unclear.... What would have happened if affer the auction of the Mona Lisa , people kept calling in  for months and month saying they'd pay more..Reputable auctions dont work like that,. This thing has be4en planned out in detail , ever since they diappeared most peoples stocks .,. What a  'coincidence " that was . The company had been delisted for many years anyway. 

I can see why Mr Pncus had bilboards in DE attacking him for being disreputable . Sure seems like that ..,. I admit I dont know what Im talking about ,but  KRY and Tenor still gets paid big and we are fed  pure nonsense..for years
