Maybe this is where Maduro reaches into his coffers and produces

the payment in full. Now, wouldn't that really make him a "Hero".  :-p

(A fixed election doesn't "need" the stopping/delaying of the sale of PDVSA for a "favorable"

outcome. It just may reduce the number of crosshairs on Maduro.)
