>>>>>>>>>>>The multiple millions spent on lawyers and legal action. All because VZ wouldn't pay for their expropriation. This could have been settled, noteholders repaid, debts covered and shareholders reaping over $1.00 15 years ago. Maybe VZ tried and they were rejected by Fung. Is it possible that he rejected a settlement because he and the board didn't have many shares and wouldn't have reaped the multi-millions Tenor was willing to give them to sell us out? Who knows for sure.<<<<<<<

Yeah, this has bothered me all this time too ...( Actually it probablly bothers everybody besides lawyers and Fung associates ., ).. And Stark, and/or Silverstein" has the BLATANT nerve to say that Fung is looking out for our interests ,( and AAA is not....),,,, Id like to see one shred of evidence that Fung has been ninterested in helping us.,
Does anyone here know how long these types of proceedings usually last ? I have to wonder if ours is an exception, I cant see that other people (or judges ) would put up with all these years of blah blah blah
I certainly hope it ends , but Ive been expecting this for years,,It seems that the World Court should have ended it,.once an ft all
