The company did recieve a partial settlement payment from VZ I believe 400 million. Where did that money go. How much money did Tenor actually lend us and what is the interest that is due on those loans and at what rate. Was some of that paid down with the 400 million. How does tenor possible own 88 percent and we pay them back fully on the loans -does not make sense.  I think their percentage of ownership has to be worked into and adjusted by the usery rules. For the little they lent us how is their alledged share possible. Who would have these numbers and can we put together a joint letter i own 175k shares.
