The issue of distribution of funds is dealt with in Silversteins court. Adelso will continue to ensure the court knows what has happened. No need for letters. He will continue to push for an examiner. The amount was $500M. $320M is useless bonds and $180M cash. I can't remember for sure but I believe they were down to around $80M left. Adelso has informed the courts already.

We will win or lose in Silversteins court not in CCAA in Canada.
