They had better not try to make us shareholders "eat" their past collection foibles.

There was no vote, that I am aware of, on those "Decisions/Deals" that failed.

Shareholders-0    CRYFQ-  ~500M. (Collected or bad deals. Sorry. Still counts.)

The interest is interesting. This going to be headline news. If we get "hijacked", the whole

investing population will lose faith in investing in anything. That would be bad. Like Jimmi says, there are things "the company" does not want to become public. We are having our day in court...and it is an auction.
