The Canadian courts will not play into this as they have already rubber stamped everything KRY does. The US courts are another matter. As stated already Judge Silverstein will control the money until all parties sign off including shareholders. Once the money is collected I believe an examiner would be granted to Adelso's motion. It was deemed too early previously.
