RML Award amount due is $1.5 billion according to the Special Master report (i.e., Steps Chart). This amount was calculated using the Federal Judgement rate, instead of the ICSID Award rate. Using the ICSID award post-award interest rate, Rusoro's is entitiled to over $2 billion, which is equivalent to $3.50 x share, before debt and debt service. 

Hedge funds do not get involved in messy arbitration collection situations unless there is a multi-bagger windfall opportunity or a quick 100+% return.
