I guess it depends how the judge rules on how the payment to Crystallex is dispersed. If he dose not specify a certain amount to shareholders i would think Fung and Tenor would try to suck it all up. There are others here that are much more legally wise than me so i hope I am wrong. Fung and company may also not want another court battle.
