So many of the articles are from the past but make headlines again. I also see them and read them but always check when they were originally made.

We already have the government saying they won't prevent the licence as long as their is no issue with the winning bidder. 

It seems the closer we get to the end we want it ASAP. The special masters report is 10 days away. Stark will need to decide on how to proceed. If VZ was smart which is an oxymoron in itself they would settle with crystallex before the 14th and make the other creditors moot.

Maybe one of the delays has been crystallex insisting on full value on settling because they know Silverstein may force them to pay shareholders a fair price. Remember once crystallex gets paid, Silverstein has indicated that there would be no reason not to exposed the redacted documents which I don't think Tenor or Fung want. That is why I believe Crystallex will have to reach a fair settlement with us.
