There may not have been negotiations a month ago but with the rulings going against VZ again for the other creditors I would be shocked if discussions are not being held with the Jan. 22 date in mind.

We have waited for years to get justice so I'm more than happy to wait just a bit more. As far as to what we will get, I believe we will get fair value which is over $2.00 a share. With the gun to VZ's head now we may even get a premium to settle.
