What Judge was it that said a little too little a little too late when shareholders presented themselves in this court battle with some legitimacy? I think it was around the time Gowling was an option of hope. I do hold out some hope based on the sentiment of one particular Judge recently but it's tempered with certain unknown's.

Let's hope the courts value the rights of shareholders more than Kry management.
