The launch date I believe is next Monday. The clause you mention is why I strongly believe we will get a settlement from VZ to stop the auction before the end date which is July 19th 2024 I believe. If VZ doesn't stop the auction before others get attached the amount expands quite a bit. I believe VZ is laying the ground work for settling by blaming Guaido for everything and trying to jail him. Kry has the leverage to demand full payment and with the work Adelso has done with the courts we should see a proper accounting of what shareholders are owed as well.
