The order of payment to creditors is accurate to with RML and GRZ at the bottom of the top 10 list.

The order in the list is based on the date of their filing with one surprise, RML is ahead of GRZ, both involved in gold mining, just like KRY. The trio in gold mining in VZ goes way back.

Compared, overall, the amount of money RML and GRZ have put into this litigation is peanuts compared to what KRY has spent. Even compared to Conoco. All these companies benefit from the coat-tails of KRY. The bottom group have to come up with more money more legalese.

Vz has openly stated that they are prepared to pay some of the litigants but not all. This means the bottom group of this list will have a fight on their hands to go on. More money down the drain. More waiting for them. I hope I'm wrong because I am invested in RML and GRZ. It's been a pain.
