Maybe the Vens should look into any offshore and Swiss bank accounts of the Maduro and Chavez families to pay their debts. Like most Communist ruled countries the leaders get filthy rich while the ordinary citizens live in povery. Or ask your Communist buddies Putin or Xi for a loan to pay your debts.
