Message: Re: What Will be Left For Shareholders After Tenor Takes Their Share of the Award?

The easiest way to learn is to start reading old posts. I'm not suggesting starting in 2008 but starting January this year would be helpful. Everyone has their own opinion based on whatever they use as criteria. You have stated that you think there will be very little left for shareholders a couple times now. I believe you wrong but that doesn't matter either way. What matters will be what we end up with. After reading the posts you will understand where people are coming from. Read the court documents and see if you still think we will get little.

The answers are all there but you need to do some work. People has said what they think and you are still of the opinion we will get very little. I've gone so far as to show you how I arrived at the amount owing being around 2 billion. If you read you will see what the mining data is worth potentially. The tax losses that belong to shareholders are worth a lot.

Even if we only get 12% plus mining data and tax losses we will be getting way more than all the nay sayers have suggested. Every now and then we get posts from NEWBIES that question if we get anything and our phlight is hopeless. They may all be true but I'm on the opposite side of the fence. Some say I have too much euphoria which is possible. I say after looking at all the information I have determined that shareholders have never been in as strong a position as we are now.

If you take the time to research the posts you will see what I think. You are free to make your own decision. I have said it before and will say it again, anyone who thinks we will get pennies on the dollar, I'm happy to take those shares off your hand for pennies.
