Too much port last night.  What I am trying to get across is the fact that I continue to be in the camp that believes that Tenor and any other unnamed who 'own' KRY are going to fight to keep the whole settlement, common shareholders be damned. Seriously, if he wanted to play nice with us, it would've happened long ago.  I smelled trouble years ago when a law firm that was all set to represent us, suddenly, inexplicably, cut bait and the lines went dead. 

Will the DE Court come to our rescue? Perhaps, but it won't happen quickly.
