Federal courts are good on deadlines. venzuela legal team is now paying the price for not putting out the Crystallex fire earlier before it spread. We are in the drivers seat as far as negotiations. After expenses the courts should award a significant share to shareholders ultimately they suffered the loss caused by Venezuela's actions. Tenor made a investment decision after venezuelas actions. They were not damaged but rewarded by Venezuela's actions. Shareholder should be made whole. Return of there investment plus 

a share of the profit.
