I am surprised by what is happening here. This stock was dead for a long time (0.255/s today) but at least it is still trading. I thought I was into another loser (I also have GRZ) and yet I may still be. Usually, this stock moves up as a "flash in the pan", Surges up, then gone in one day.

What is encouraging here is that the stock is up and stable. Unbelievable. This stock is similar to KRY in that the outstanding shares are the same, the lawsuit is somewhat similar in amount. But the important difference is if all goes well is that the shareholders own all the stock 100%. Best of luck to all that may have invested here.  51,000s avg 12 cents.
