EML is a judgement creditor of Venezuela, not KRY. 

It will collect its judgement from Venezuela via the CITGO shares auction IF/WHEN the Third Circuit Court of Appeal agrees with Judge Stark that RML proved, in its case, that CITGO is Venezuela's alter ego.
