Sherm, let me give you some information that should completely stop Etrade from seeking to cancel the shares.  Tell Etrade that there is now an active transfer agent in the US that has been paid by Crystallex.  That agent is Computershare.  The contact person at Computershare is Kayla Walsh.  This should solve this problem for you and all others in the same boat.
