What is real number owed by VZ

I read an article that CRY is only owed 900 million under I guess a previous settlement agreement which if I recalled they paid 400 million. However they never completed. What are we owed now international arb decision plus interest or settlement agreement plus interest? Further if settlement agreement did it contain interest and penalty terms for late payment?
