Gowlings is done but the AD Hoc committee is still working together and has dialogue with the interested parties. When the money is available the committee will be more visible IMO. No idea what Tenor has put forward but I do know that Judge Silverstein will want to see the whole picture before letting the money leave her jusisdiction. Collection from VZ is the first shoe as they say. holding Fung and Tenor accountable is the second shoe. We are in the best position we've been since this whole thing went into CCAA protection.
