The clock is ticking down to when VZ will be forced to pay up. Once that happens and the money is collected our position strengthens with Tenor and Crystallex since Judge Silverstein won't let them do anything with the money until our isues with Funf and Tenor are resolved. This will include un-redacting all the information so everyone can see what was done. The only way to stop that would be for Tenor to buy us out at an agreed upon price.
