Were you on the call listening to Judge Silverstein and her comments? I have no knowledge that isn't in the public domain but I do follow what is going on. I do know that having over 40 shareholder sign in to listen to the last proceeding was very impactful. The judge even commented on it and my take was Tenor and Fung took notice as well. Everyone is aware that Silverstein won't release the money from her court and once the money has been collected Silverstein will entertain the motion to unseal all documents which should lay bare what Tenor and Fung have done.

All of the information is out there for anyone who want to do their own DD and come to whatever conclusions they feel is right for them. Everything decision we make is based on both heart and mind. I've never felt better about our shareholder position since we went into bankruptcy.

The next hearing is on March 30th where Stark will deny another hail mary from VZ. The date for the special master to have his stuff ready is late April or May I believe. Crystallex will collect either from VZ or the auction but my belief is VZ will pay up before losing Citgo.

I continue to believe that as long as we stay together as shareholders we will get rewarded despite what Tenor is doing. Our biggest stick is number of shareholders and shares. I for one will not go quietly when Tenor tries to obtain my shares for pennies on the dollar. I've been here for 18 years and will not be throwing in my shares at the goal line when I have the ball.
