There are hurdles but they are being addressed IMO. The slow court cases are coming to a final conclusion with the approaching special master report which should lead to VZ paying up. 

I agree Fung and Tenor have long forgotten us shareholders over the last 10 years. They are no longer unaware of us however. Our presence at Silversteins hearing showed everyone we are not only still hear but our presence is now recognised.

The brokerage firms are simply doing as instructed with a delisted stock which can change at any time if the transfer fees owing are paid. If that were to happen your shares should be there just like before. If that happens it will be a sign Tenor and Crystallex are on defense and want your shares on the cheap.

Nothing is a slam dunk but our position has never been better.
