Thing I'd like to know is where are the shares now? Especially if you have documentation that you owned them, regardless of thier worth. I remember someone here saying if the shares are in an inactive account with no money in it they had the same thing happen basically. Maybe ask if they can put the shares in an active account with money in it if you have one with them. Just an idea and I'm not sure who put the info here.
