I noticed the lawyer said 'about a half billion has been collected so far'.  No other comment. 

So, what was the original judgement plus interest?

How much has been collected plus interest?

What is the balance to be collected plus interest?

I realize nothing is going to happen until the Treasury Department releases it's hold.  This hearing just was minor procedural stuff but nice to see 54 attendees.
