The timing around this injustice shows us that the law and courts are broken. Shareholders have gotten diluted over two decades. The courts have allowed lawyers to get rich for 2 decades of fees. This was clear cut contract so courts enforce it. There is money abroad Ve. has stolen so they could buy their way out. They choose to drag it out.  I(f i broke the law I would not get 20 plus years. No one here has the brains or balls to enforce the law. The whole world has gone corrupt!
