Just going by memory, I think it was Hainey that said the Crystallex "committee" could not participate in "something or other" because it was too late in filing. Something like that. I could be wrong.

What happens if Stark dies now????? Long term delay?

Remember when one of the lawyers on the Vz side (or member of the tribunal) either resigned or died and had to be replaced way back? Caused a delay then, as well.
